What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as direct PayPal account payments.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We are not accepting wholesale orders at this time.
How long will delivery of my order take?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier.
Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
Are there customs charges?
Possibly. Any import duties or customs charges are levied once they reach your country and you are liable to pay any fees incurred. Visionary Journal has no control over this, nor can we predict what they may be. For more information please contact your local customs office.
What is your exchange / return policy?
